Rosco grew up outside midland texas where he was raised with southern tradition, and thrill of ranch work, he went to college at Texas A@M where he graduated last year with his degree in Fire science and emergency managment, during his time tho he worked for his local volunteet fire dept honing his skills. Upon graduation Scott his now captain reached out and offered him a job at woodcrest where he works now
