Lucille, who preferred to be called Lucy, was born to two hardworking parents in a small country town. She always wanted more out of life, so when graduation approached, she filled out every college application form she could find.

So when Woodcrest accepted her application, she was over the moon. Growing up, she always knew she wanted to help people and girls like herself, which made it easy for her to choose her major.
