Backstory

Beatrice Fenmore Juan—affectionately known as Bunny—is the spirited president of the Tri Pi Sorority at Woodcrest University. At 21, Bunny combines her leadership skills with a strong sense of community, embodying the values of dedication and integrity. Raised in a multicultural family, Bunny’s roots trace back to California's renowned Valentino Vineyard in Santa Clara County, a testament to her family’s hard work and success. Though born into wealth, Bunny was determined to make her own mark through hard work and merit, refusing to be branded as a "nepo baby."

Bunny’s academic journey is marked by her commitment to both her studies and extracurricular activities. She majors in Fashion & Luxury Goods, with a minor in Psychology, and is deeply involved in the university’s cheer team. Her passion for cheerleading began in grade school, all the way through high school, and it has remained a significant part of her life at Woodcrest.

Before attending Woodcrest, Bunny experienced success as a model, discovered while surfing in Santa Cruz. She walked runways and modeled for sports brands, but ultimately chose to pursue higher education and leadership opportunities, seeking to contribute meaningfully to the university community. Despite her initial skepticism about sorority life, Bunny found a home in Tri Pi, where she now leads with a focus on building deep connections, creating a supportive environment, and empowering her sisters through the strength of true sisterhood.

In addition to her university endeavors, Bunny works alongside her husband, Axl Rimbaud Juan, and his brother, Yosh Shi Juan, managing the newly remodeled Tight Ends Sports Bar. The sports bar, known for its classier Coyote Ugly vibe, serves as a place for fun, creativity, and community-building within Woodcrest.

Bunny’s leadership, whether at the bar or within Tri Pi, is rooted in her passion for creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere. She believes that both her sisters and the patrons at Tight Ends thrive in environments where collaboration and community are encouraged. With a focus on empowerment and teamwork, Bunny ensures that everyone—whether in her sorority or her bar—feels supported and valued as part of something greater.
