Amber, Hawaiian through and through. She's gone from the smell of salt on the ocean to the biting cold and the snow that came with the city all in search of knowledge about the one thing that absolutely pulled her at every turn: Space. Astronomy has been her passion: It took her to a summer program in California on her junior year of high school, which was far away enough from home -- but now, freshly thrust into a new world, she's trying to find a place for herself somewhere she'd never imagined.
