Deanna Wissman is a lawyer who served as a judge in the High Court of Estralia for several years. Estralia was the home of the Redgate Academy of Forced Feminization. As a result, she is an expert in the law pertaining to the re-balancing of gender roles in modern society. She wishes to establish a think tank at Woodcrest entitled The Institution for the Supression of Toxic Masculinity.
