Kiyoko was born at Sakai City Medical Center in Sakai Japan. Her family always had some wealth, around 18 years old she learned that the source of that wealth was the "family business", it disgusted her. After graduating from secondary(High) school she moved to Tokyo. Once in Tokyo the search for a job began, she moved from job to job, never finding one that fit. Still bothered by the "family business" she thought 'Lets try and bring an end to that' which then brought her to law enforcement. She immediately began looking up Universities with good Law programs around the Tokyo area, She settled on and enrolled to the University of Tokyo. Upon finishing the undergraduate classes and getting a Bachelor of Laws, she sought out a law enforcement job, applying to Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. After graduating from the TMPD's Academy Kiyoko began her police career patrolling the Tokyo Prefecture. Around the 4 and half year mark in the TMPD, while responding to a call Kiyoko was in a car accident that resulted in the left side of her face getting burned and leaving her blind in her left eye. The injury forced her into retiring from the department. Now unable to work at the department, she became super depressed. She knew she had to change her ways to try and get her mental health back on track. Her choice was to move away from where she got hurt. So the hunt for a new 'home' was on, she ended up landing on and moving to Woodcrest, MA.
